Secure API integrations to enable automated data exchange between client systems and our logistics operations.
API access allows clients to connect their platforms directly to Skydatasol Mobility's fulfilment, warehousing, and transport workflows, ensuring real-time visibility, operational efficiency, and reduced manual intervention.

Comprehensive API capabilities with security and compliance
API integrations are designed to support automated order transmission, inventory synchronisation, shipment status updates, tracking and proof-of-delivery events, and operational reporting and reconciliation.
Integrations are implemented to ensure continuity across digital and physical logistics processes.
API connectivity may be used for e-commerce platform integration, order management system (OMS) connectivity, warehouse management system (WMS) data exchange, transport and delivery status updates, and returns and exception reporting.
Integration scope is defined contractually and aligned with the active Service Level Agreement.
All API integrations operate under defined data exchange principles: only agreed data fields are exchanged, data is transmitted using secure communication protocols, access is role-based and permission-controlled, and data ownership remains with the originating party.
API usage must comply with applicable data protection and confidentiality obligations.
API access is granted only after formal approval and contractual acceptance of the Service Level Agreement, the Data Protection Agreement, and the Software & Data Exchange Agreement.
Security controls include authentication mechanisms, access limitations, monitoring, and auditability to protect systems on both sides.
Clients requesting API integration must ensure stable and documented system endpoints, compatibility with agreed data formats, and ongoing maintenance of their integration environment.
Skydatasol Mobility does not provide unrestricted system access. All integrations are purpose-limited and monitored.
Any changes to API structure, data fields, or usage scope must follow a formal change management process. This ensures stability and prevents operational disruption.
Deprecated or outdated integrations may be retired following notice and coordination.
