Everything you need to know about joining our network

No. All drivers operate as self-employed contractors or through an approved Fleet Partner. There is no employment relationship.

Only the following vehicle categories are accepted: • LGV: Panel Van (Large Van), Box Van • HGV: Category C1 and all Category C / C2 vehicles Cars, small vans, and non-commercial vehicles are not accepted.

Yes. Individuals may join as Self-Employed Drivers provided they operate an approved LGV or HGV vehicle and meet all compliance requirements.

• Self-Employed Driver: Operates a single vehicle independently. • Fleet Partner: Operates multiple vehicles and drivers under one business agreement and is responsible for fleet and driver management.

A Pitstop or Parcelshop is a physical operational support location. It is not a delivery service and does not provide administration, billing, or governance. Pitstops support route continuity and logistics coordination only.

Only if storage or handling beyond basic operational support is agreed. All capabilities are defined contractually during onboarding.

Depending on role, applicants must provide: • Valid driving licence (where applicable) • Vehicle documentation and insurance • Business registration (for Fleet Partners and Pitstops) • Acceptance of: - Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Data Protection Agreement (DPA) - Software & Data Exchange Agreement Incomplete documentation will result in rejection.

Commitments and availability requirements depend on the agreement type. There is no automatic exclusivity unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Performance is monitored through: • Completion rates • Timeliness • Compliance with procedures • Exception frequency Persistent underperformance may lead to suspension or termination of access.

Payment terms, cycles, and invoicing requirements are defined contractually and vary by role and service scope. Details are provided during onboarding.

Yes, subject to availability, vehicle suitability, and operational approval. Coverage areas are defined during activation.

Each role page includes a dedicated application form. Applications are reviewed before approval and activation.
