Provide capacity, operational continuity, and scalability to support middle-mile, last-mile, and specialised transport services.

A Fleet Partner is a logistics operator, not an individual driver. Fleet Partners provide capacity, operational continuity, and scalability to support middle-mile, last-mile, and specialised transport services within the Skydatasol Mobility network. This role is not employment. Fleet Partners operate as independent businesses.

Skydatasol Mobility only accepts fleets composed of the following vehicle types
Light Goods Vehicles
Heavy Goods Vehicles
Fleets operating cars, small vans, or non-commercial vehicles are not eligible.
All vehicles must be suitable for professional logistics operations.
Fleet partnership requirements and operational standards
Fleet Partners are responsible for providing multiple compliant vehicles and drivers, managing driver availability, scheduling, and substitutions, ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy and insured, and delivering services in accordance with assigned routes and SLAs.
Fleet Partners act as a single operational counterpart to Skydatasol Mobility.
Fleet Partners must hold responsibility for driver compliance and conduct, ensure all drivers hold valid licences for the vehicle category operated, manage driver onboarding, training alignment, and replacement, and maintain continuity of service in the event of driver or vehicle issues.
Skydatasol Mobility does not manage individual fleet drivers directly.
Fleet operations must comply with Skydatasol Mobility handling and safety procedures, route execution and delivery confirmation rules, and performance and reporting requirements.
Operational standards apply uniformly across all vehicles within the fleet.
Before activation, Fleet Partners must provide company registration and business details, proof of fleet ownership or operational control, vehicle insurance for all fleet units, confirmation of driver licensing compliance, and acceptance of the Service Level Agreement, Data Protection Agreement, and Software & Data Exchange Agreement.
Failure to maintain compliance may result in suspension.
Fleet performance is monitored at an aggregate level, including route completion rates, service reliability, compliance adherence, and issue and exception frequency.
Consistent underperformance may lead to contract review or termination.
Fleet Partners are expected to support scalable operations. Additional vehicles or routes may be allocated based on performance, availability, and operational reliability.
This model supports long-term collaboration rather than ad-hoc work.
