Requirements & Standards

Fleet partnership requirements and operational standards

01

Role Overview

Fleet Partners are responsible for providing multiple compliant vehicles and drivers, managing driver availability, scheduling, and substitutions, ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy and insured, and delivering services in accordance with assigned routes and SLAs.

Fleet Partners act as a single operational counterpart to Skydatasol Mobility.

02

Fleet & Driver Management Responsibilities

Fleet Partners must hold responsibility for driver compliance and conduct, ensure all drivers hold valid licences for the vehicle category operated, manage driver onboarding, training alignment, and replacement, and maintain continuity of service in the event of driver or vehicle issues.

Skydatasol Mobility does not manage individual fleet drivers directly.

03

Operational Standards

Fleet operations must comply with Skydatasol Mobility handling and safety procedures, route execution and delivery confirmation rules, and performance and reporting requirements.

Operational standards apply uniformly across all vehicles within the fleet.

04

Compliance & Documentation

Before activation, Fleet Partners must provide company registration and business details, proof of fleet ownership or operational control, vehicle insurance for all fleet units, confirmation of driver licensing compliance, and acceptance of the Service Level Agreement, Data Protection Agreement, and Software & Data Exchange Agreement.

Failure to maintain compliance may result in suspension.

05

Performance Monitoring

Fleet performance is monitored at an aggregate level, including route completion rates, service reliability, compliance adherence, and issue and exception frequency.

Consistent underperformance may lead to contract review or termination.

06

Scalability & Long-Term Collaboration

Fleet Partners are expected to support scalable operations. Additional vehicles or routes may be allocated based on performance, availability, and operational reliability.

This model supports long-term collaboration rather than ad-hoc work.
