Infrastructure Model
Headquarter and Checkpoints working in unison for nationwide coverage
Headquarter
The Headquarter functions as the strategic and administrative centre of Skydatasol Mobility. It is responsible for corporate governance and contractual management, Service Level Agreement administration, client onboarding and commercial coordination, compliance, risk management, and audit oversight, and technology governance, API access control, and data exchange approvals.
The Headquarter defines operational standards, procedures, and performance frameworks that apply uniformly across all logistics locations.
Checkpoints
Checkpoints are fully operational logistics sites with the same logistical capabilities as the Headquarter, including fulfilment and dispatch operations, warehousing and storage, cross-docking, transport coordination, and last-mile and middle-mile support.
However, Checkpoints do not host administrative or corporate offices. All administrative, contractual, and governance activities remain centralised at the Headquarter. This separation ensures operational focus at Checkpoints while preserving consistent decision-making and compliance control.
Operational Consistency
All Checkpoints operate under the same Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), data protection and software exchange rules, and security and compliance requirements.
This ensures that service quality, handling standards, and performance metrics remain consistent regardless of location.
Scalability & Network Resilience
The Headquarter and Checkpoint model allows Skydatasol Mobility to scale operations geographically without duplicating administration, maintain continuity in the event of local disruptions, and support regional demand while retaining central control.
Checkpoints can be added, expanded, or reconfigured as operational needs evolve.
Integration With Transport Networks
Both the Headquarter and Checkpoints are integrated into Skydatasol Mobility's transport network, supporting LGV, HGV, rail, maritime, air, and last-mile operations.
This enables efficient routing and rapid handover between logistics nodes.
Security & Access Control
Access to both Headquarter and Checkpoints is governed by operational and security protocols. While logistics staff operate on-site, sensitive data, systems, and administrative functions remain centrally controlled.
This reduces risk while preserving operational efficiency.
